QCD Payment Terms

We offer a variety of methods to purchase our products. Listed below are the various methods of payment. Overseas companies must either pay by Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

1. COD / Pre-pay A check or money order for the invoice amount is either due before your order is shipped out or is due upon receipt of your order from United Parcel Service.

2. Net 30 Payment by check or money order is due 30 days from the invoice date. If payment is not received in 30 days, an 1.5% finance charge will be assessed on the unpaid balance.

3. EFT / Wire Transfer This is our fastest growing method of payment. It is quick, easy and saves time and money writing checks. As with option 1, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Please contact our Finance Department for additional information.

4. Credit Card We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. If you pay by credit card, you automatically receive a 5% discount on your invoice sub-total in addition to our Volume Discounts.
