QCD Analysts is an ISO 9001:2008 manufacturer of Inorganic and Organic standards, which are used in testing, calibration and verification procedures.  Much like QCD Analysts, other manufacturers use similar production techniques to make comparable standards.  However, we believe that our focus on precise preparation, timely production, and competitive pricing provides us with an edge over our competitors.

In our laboratory, we devote ourselves to rigid quality control & assurance procedures to ensure the superiority of our final products.  By strict adherence to established analytical protocols, impurities in our solution are reduced to levels below those often found in other commercially prepared ICP standards.  At QCD Analysts, we know what quality means to our customers, so we take it very seriously!  So seriously, in fact, that we made it a part of our name: "QCD" stands for "Quality, Control & Development".

We certify the concentration of each element via traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Standard Reference Materials (SRMs).  All of this is documented in our “Quality Assurance & Control” program.  For each standard, we provide a complete Certificate of Analysis detailing starting materials and impurities (for single-elements), actual assayed concentrations and uncertainties, and traceability to the appropriate NIST SRMs.

Experience tells us that timely product availability is also very important to customers.  We have addressed this by maintaining our inventories at complete levels.  By stocking most single-element standards, we can easily ship them within 24 to 48 hours.  For custom blends, shipment will normally occur within one week after receipt of order.
