QCD Analysts is an ISO 9001:2000 manufacturer of Inorganic and Organic standards, which are used in testing, calibration and verification procedures.  Much like QCD Analysts, other manufacturers use similar production techniques to make the identical standards.  However, we believe that our focus on precise preparation, extreme accuracy, timely product availability and competitive pricing provides us with an edge over our competitors.

In our laboratory, we devote ourselves to rigid quality control and assurance procedures to ensure the superiority of our final product. By strict adherence to established analytical protocols, impurities in our solution are significantly reduced to levels far below those found in other commercially prepared ICP standards. At QCD, we know what quality means to you, the customer, so we take it very seriously! So seriously in fact, that we made it a part of our name...where the "QCD" stands for "Quality, Control & Development".

We certify the concentration of each element via traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). All of this is documented in our new QCD “Quality Assurance & Control” Program. This system enables us to provide a complete Certificate of Analysis detailing starting materials and impurities; assay methods used; actuals; NIST Standard Reference Materials; ICP assay and verification; and wavelength. In addition you also receive a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for every single SKU # ordered.

Experience tells us that timely product availability is also very important to customers. We have addressed this by maintaining our inventories at complete levels. By stocking most single elements, we can easily ship them within 24 to 48 hours. For custom blends, shipment will normally occur within 72 hours after receipt of order. If desired, confirmation of shipping dates and methods can be obtained simply by calling our office at our toll free number.
